    - Initial Issues (Project Prerequisites)
    Before the development began, the enterprise faced a number of operational constraints:

    A high percentage of errors due to human factors when manually forming orders and calculating costs.

    Lack of end-to-end control over inventory levels, leading to cash gaps or production delays.

    Low efficiency in logistics planning and excessive time spent on manually generating accompanying documentation for installation teams.

    Fragmented financial accounting, complicating operational analysis of profitability and accounts receivable.

    - Implemented System Solutions
    To address the tasks set, 5 key modules were developed and implemented:

    1. Sales Management Module (Smart CRM / CPQ)
    An electronic order configurator with a multi-level structure for selecting components was implemented. The system provides automatic calculation of the final cost based on current reference books and price lists. Strict control over the movement of the deal through the stages of the production funnel was established.

    2. Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    An algorithm for automatic reservation and write-off of goods and materials at the moment of order confirmation was implemented. A system of automatic triggers was set up to inform management about the reduction of inventory to a critical minimum for timely replenishment.

    3. Logistics and Field Crew Management (Field Service Management)
    An interactive planning module with dynamic calculation of production deadlines was developed. The functionality for automatic generation of printed forms (route sheets, acts, and warehouse invoices) with data differentiation was implemented. In particular, line personnel receive comprehensive technical and logistical information, while commercial data remains confidential.

    4. Financial Accounting and Management Analytics
    An interactive dashboard for top management was created, which in real-time aggregates key performance indicators (KPI): sales dynamics, volume of received advances, accounts receivable, and projected income.

    5. Customer Service Automation (Omnichannel)
    Continuous communication processes were set up: the system automatically initiates transactional notifications for clients in popular messengers when the order status changes. Additionally, internal SLA notifications for staff regarding approaching critical deadlines were implemented.

    - Economic Effect and Business Results
    Optimization of operational costs: The duration of the order processing and logistics planning cycle was reduced by 70-80%, significantly increasing the throughput of the sales department without expanding the staff.

    Minimization of financial risks: The strict binding of the configurator to inventory and pricing reference books completely eliminated financial losses caused by incorrect pricing.

    Information security: The implementation of a role-based access control model ensured reliable protection of commercial secrets, limiting the visibility of financial analytics exclusively to management.

    Increased customer loyalty: Automated notifications at each stage of order fulfillment ensured transparency of the process and reduced the burden on the support phone line.

    Implemented a system on n8n that automatically creates and publishes articles in a WordPress blog.
    The process includes obtaining a topic from a table (Google Sheets / Airtable / Supabase), searching and parsing information from the internet, generating text via ChatGPT, creating illustrations using DALL·E, formatting content, and publishing through the WordPress REST API.

    The result is a fully automated content marketing cycle: from idea to publication without human involvement.
