    Architectural Design
The object complies with the requirements of DBN B.2.2-10:2011 and DBN B.2.2-3:2018 regarding the design of industrial buildings and structures. According to the regulations, functional zoning is provided, taking into account safety, labor hygiene, and user convenience. Household premises for personnel — cloakrooms, showers, sanitary units, dining areas — are located in a zone with easy access from the workspaces, which corresponds to the principle of minimizing horizontal movements. Their placement considers normative requirements for the area per worker (depending on the number of shifts and the type of production), as well as ergonomic indicators: sufficient corridor width, lighting, ventilation, and sanitary-hygienic conditions. The use of a modular grid (6×6 m) ensures technological flexibility and allows for optimizing spatial organization. Vertical and horizontal connections between zones are built on the principle of logical sequence — from changing rooms to workplaces, which complies with functional planning standards. Ergonomics is ensured not only by the physical parameters of the premises but also by psychological comfort: natural lighting, clear spatial orientation, absence of visual overload. The architectural and planning solution corresponds to the concept of a "healthy space," which is embedded in modern approaches to industrial architecture. Thus, the layout of household premises for workers in the project is an example of a modern functional solution that combines the requirements of DBN, ergonomics, and spatial efficiency.
  • residential building

    Architectural Design
The presented object is a two-story individual residential building with an attic floor and a half-floor. This multi-level scheme allows for efficient use of the building area while maintaining a compact volume. The configuration complies with the requirements of DBN B.2.2-15:2019 regarding the organization of living space, in particular — ensuring rational zoning and sufficient insolation.

The facade is designed in a restrained modern style with elements of neotraditionalism. The main materials are light-colored facade plaster and clinker brick. Plaster is used as the basic finish for most surfaces, providing a light perception of the volume. Clinker is applied on accent surfaces — end walls and protrusions — creating a textured contrast and adding depth to the facade. According to DBN B.1.1-7:2016, the materials meet fire safety, weather resistance, and durability requirements.

The attic floor with a pitched roof provides improved energy efficiency and complies with the norms of DBN B.2.6-31:2021 regarding thermal insulation. The half-floor allows for technical or auxiliary rooms without overloading the main living space.

Spatial accents include an open terrace under a canopy and a small balcony with wooden railing. They create a visual and functional connection between the interior and the landscape, forming a comfortable environment for relaxation.

Overall, the project combines aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with modern regulatory requirements, demonstrating an effective solution for country residential construction.
