10 000 USD Fishermen’s hotel in Czech Republic
Architectural Design
The buyer, the owner of the land area bordering with the reserve, planned to restore the dry lake and build a hotel on its shore for fishing lovers. In the process of searching for the solution, several options were implemented until the best was found. The complex includes a hotel corpus with an interior yard on the terrace and a blocked cottage for two families. Designed in accordance with regional requirements for the appearance of the buildings of this historic region of the Czech Republic.

Требованием заказчика был редизайн фасада уже спроектированного и построенного дома, а также проект генплана участка.
В процессе эскизирования был выбран один вариант оформления фасада, для которого был выполнен архитектурный проект, после чего в рабочий проект дома были внесены соответствующие правки.
При оформлении фасада применяются три материала — натуральный камень (базальт), обшивка термодоской и штукатурка белого цвета.

Заказчик хотел разработать интерьер еще на стадии проектирования дома для того, чтобы учесть все нюансы и будущие потребности. Для некоторых помещений понадобилось сделать несколько вариантов оформления, из которых в итоге были отобраны лучшие. Был изготовлен полный пакет интерьерных чертежей с подробной проработкой деталей и индивидуальной мебели.
