    Client: A cosmetologist doctor with an Israeli cosmetics store

    Work format: Turnkey management (targeting + content)



    Client request:

    The client approached with a request for comprehensive management because she had a good base income (~600 thousand/month), but was unable to scale it.



    Initial problems:
    • Advertising was only launched through the “Promote” button, without a full-fledged dashboard and analytics
    • Goal — traffic, without conversion optimization
    • Lack of CRM system
    • Unrevealed benefits of tap and online selection for cold audience
    • Insufficient content to increase trust



    What was done:
    • Created a business account and Business Manager, connected analytics
    • Defined advertising goals: traffic, messages, retargeting
    • Created at least 5 audiences: cold, LAL, warm, hot
    • Changed Direct scripts
    • Implemented content strategy: box reviews, cosmetics, UGC
    • Introduced CRM system for re-communication with leads
    • Tested advertising hypotheses and creatives for different requests



    Results:

    First month:
    — Turnover: 615,000 UAH
    — Problem: low conversion → started changing the approach

    In 3 months:
    — Turnover: 1,000,000 UAH
    — Conversion increased due to changes in scripts and communication

    Current results:
    — Turnover: 1,700,000 UAH/month
    — Conversion from application to sale — 45%
    — CRM implemented, advertising budget increased without increasing the cost per sale

    24,512,763 UAH ≈ 592,000$
