He learned to lie in such a way that throughout the whole time there was an impression that not this week, but the next, he would provide the finished work, he explained the hitch by the fact that something did not work out for him, but he had already solved this problem. So he fooled his head for half a year, after which he asked me, said that he needed money and could I meet halfway and transfer another 2 thousand rubles. UAH from the remaining amount. The fact is that I explained to him many times that this site that I ordered is my business, my main job and my only source of income, that I need it, I can’t work fully without it, I can’t wait so long . So that he could finally finish it without delay, he transferred another 2,000 rubles to him. UAH But instead, he blundered his head for another half a year - either he disappeared, then he had some problems, then something else, then he appeared and made small changes to the display case of a non-working version. In total, a year has passed and all this instead of the agreed month! After that, Shemigon said that he wanted to be honest - that he needed to pay the rent, so he could not continue with my project and had to take on another project. He said that he understands that he let him down and apologizes if I give him the remaining 5 thousand rubles. At that moment, I had been waiting for a year already, I couldn’t wait so long and know in advance that Shemigon would let you down so much, I would have spit on the money spent and hired another programmer, but he was lying all this time, creating the illusion that he was about to provide the finished work , then disappeared for a while, turned off the phones, then appeared and all over again. Shemigon so guaranteed that if I meet halfway, then working without interruption, he will provide me with a completed project as quickly as possible, that appreciating the possibility of simply sending him and hiring another programmer, but at the same time waiting until the new programmer is released, and then another to wait for the work itself to be done, or to trust Shemigon, I chose to take a chance and trust Shemigon for the last time. I closed the project on freelancehunt so that it would receive 5 thousand rubles frozen in a safe on the card. UAH, wrote the review he asked for, but demanded that he create two other projects with him, so that if he cheats, I still have the opportunity to write a real review. But he just cheated! Having received 5 thousand UAH, worked for a week and a half, did very little and disappeared again. Then he appeared, feeding with regular promises and disappeared again, so he spent another whole 9 months and after that, he just threw it. Since September last year, he stopped answering my calls, ignores messages, while regularly accessing social networks and instant messengers.I really want to warn other customers from making prepaid to freelancers because you never know who you are actually contacting.Just forced to communicate with Shemigon for so long, I later noticed that he periodically changes the phone number for communication, often changes the apartments.The fact is that I am a second-class lawyer and he twice consulted me as a lawyer on his personal matters and the things that have become known to me in this way, I will tell me softly, shocked and very annoying.It would be low for me to show this nightmare to the general perspective, but the first consultation was about drug addiction and theft, the second possibility of not paying a large amount of accumulated interest on the debt before the credit company.These things opened my eyes to the people with whom I was in touch.To explain who Nicholas Shemigon is, I’ll give an example, – before he’s thrown, he told me in a telephone conversation that he’s already done everything and will put out the finished work on Saturday, after which he didn’t respond to my calls anymore, and ignored the messages.

Under the oath promises of Nikolay that in exchange for this amount and a good review, he will finish the work for me in the shortest possible time, without delay, I agreed, closed the project as completed, so that he would receive 5000 UAH, but under the guarantee of creating two other projects with him on the development of one module and the completion of another for this site, which I also need so that I can give an honest review about working with it, if it deceives. After that, Nikolai worked actively for a week and a half and disappeared again, periodically appearing every two or three months with minor modifications - and the site has not been made yet! It's already been 1 year and 10 months! All nerves exhausted!
