При небольших некритичных задачах - можно работать.
Но с условием, что вы сами хоть немного разбираетесь, или есть более опытный разработчик, который будет всё проверять. И поднимать систему в случае косяков и сбоев.

"Порадовал" диалог, когда поломался важный функционал в админке, после того как человек обновил версию Drupal (мы обговаривали отдельно, что после обновления всё должно работать):
Я: "можно наверное отладку запустить, чтобы понять какой скрипт ложит сайт?"
Разработчик (разрабочик!))): "я в этом не разбираюсь"

В итоге я сам искал (и нашёл) решение по англоязычным drupal-комьюнити, а он писал только "говорю перезагрузить сервер".

Выполнения бОльшей части поставленных задач я добился, с горем пополам, кучей правок (пишет "всё готово", по факту проверяешь - не готово), и срывом сроков. Ну и немного самому пришлось вникнуть в работу друпала (за свои же деньги)).

Делается всё "на коленке" и "на отстаньте", если всё тщательно не перепроверять - огромная вероятность недоработок и косяков.

К каким-либо серьёзным и сложным проектам не советовал бы подпускать и на пушечный выстрел.

Работа сделана почти полностью, в целом всё норм.

Всё норм, хороший специалист по drupal!
