Unfortunately, it was a negative experience for me. Let's start with the fact that the performer wrote to me on Telegram, violating my boundaries and the rules of the exchange, instead of leaving his application on the site like everyone else.
Then he wrote from another Telegram account, as if it were his friend's account, which had been hacked. There he is Rostyslav, and there he is Veniamin. Here he is registered as Veniamin, while in the email name - Rostyslav. What are these jokes with names and accounts, well, whatever.
I clarified several times whether I understood the task correctly, whether everything was ready to start, whether there was access to the repository that I sent earlier? The performer said yes, everything is there, and everything is clear. Although at that moment he hadn't even accepted the invitation to the repository. He lied.
The task was to add new blocks to the existing site. That is, to open the existing project, and just like there are other blocks, in the same style, in the same hierarchy, to add 3 new blocks. The task is actually very simple.
The performer, without even opening the repository, did the task separately, ignoring my requests regarding the style of code writing.
He refused to redo it because "I already did it this way, it works fine on my computer, I won't redo it."
At the beginning, the performer himself said that there was work for 1-2 hours here (which is actually true), but together with the corrections, I waited for 3 days. Corrections were partially made, and now I have to redo the styles myself, add Java scripts, and make the corrections myself because everything works fine on his computer, but for some reason he can't integrate everything into my project.
In conclusion, he has experience, writes good code, but communication is zero, and attention to detail is also lacking.
