1015 USD Master plan and landscape design of the recreation base
Landscape Projects & Design
On a plot of 15 acres in Vinnytsia with a significant change in elevation, a recreation base with a swimming pool has been developed. The request for a separate VIP area has been taken into account. The base is to operate year-round. In the development of the master plan, it is anticipated that construction will be carried out in two phases. A complete set of landscape design drawings has been developed (building layout, paving, landscaping layout, irrigation, dendrology, plant inventory).

Architectural Design
Social housing for single elderly people. It presupposes the unification of personal apartments-studies with public spaces (table, library, act hall, sports hall with pool) for communication and activities. A block of non-residential rooms, where the offices of doctors, the post of nurses, the pharmacy were placed. The presence of extensive recreational zones (winter garden, surrounding outdoor galleries, inner courts) create comfort and give the opportunity to engage in gardening.

Multi-course housing in the middle floor in the Krasnoyarsk region.
The skyscanner project was developed under social housing. The size is 36.9x18.8 m. On the floor are located two double with a total area of 53.41 m2, 7 apartments-studies with a total area of 30.36 m2, 4 apartments-studies with a total area of 27.50 m2. The well-establishment of the near-home area was also developed, which includes: a children's square, a bedroom for the rest of the adult population, a fountain square in front of the house with shops and clums, a guest parking for 13 places.
The structural scheme is g/b monolithic frame. Internal and external walls and prey - a wooden frame with a siding cover.
