All plans, technical specifications, and diagrams were developed with strict consideration of ergonomics, architectural features of the space, and the actual dimensions of furniture and equipment.
… The presented package of working drawings includes:
• Functional planning with detailed furniture arrangement and room specifications;
• Detailed ceiling plan, niches for cornices, and integration of LED lighting;
• Schemes for the placement of lighting fixtures, wiring of switch lines, and control of lighting scenarios;
• Updated plan for the placement of sockets, power, and low-voltage equipment;
• Door opening plan, information on openings, and specification of fittings (brass/gold, magnetic stops).
The project was executed with technical precision, allowing builders to work autonomously from the drawings, while the client can clearly monitor each stage of the installation of electrical fittings, lighting, and plumbing without unnecessary costs and rework.
