I understand that people may have different circumstances that hinder or prevent them from completing the work taken on, but such matters can be communicated, and a joint decision can be made. I hope everything is well for Oleg in life! But I am here for a specific result and consider such wasting of time to be inappropriate.

Initially, the task was set quite specifically, yes, the person immediately sensed it and went in the right direction, yes, the performer was almost always in touch and did not ask for other contacts, but the pros end there.
Now let's go through the cons:
1. As soon as the performer senses that the idea pleases the client, they immediately turn off creativity and just deliver a raw version as quickly as possible.
2. The performer completely does not think about how to do it better or how to use the space more effectively (for example, I suggested how to design the side empty parts of the wall, although they could have done it themselves or suggested it or at least thought about it).
3. The main thing is that the performer works slowly, meaning they gave me one version per day, considering that only revisions were needed and not creating a new version from scratch.
4. A huge minus is that the performer initially tried to give me a raster-to-vector tracing as their own work, but in the end, they just did a tracing with a lot of details and that's all.
To summarize, I can say the following: the performer has a good intuition and is in touch, but the downsides are - very lazy, slow, and can easily delay your project, and they might try to apply a "life hack" by delivering AI-generated results or tracing as their own work.
