I saw two negative reviews, but I got the impression that the negativity came from the clients, not the performer; perhaps the specifications were incorrectly or inaccurately drafted, or the client demanded more than what was agreed upon. Overall, I can confidently say that these two negative reviews were not sincere.

The work was completed quite quickly, and importantly — with quality. Alexandra took into account all my wishes for the project and made the design exactly as I wanted, considering all the revisions. She responded quickly and maintained a professional tone in communication. I have only positive feelings from the collaboration and will reach out again. I recommend!

Everything has dragged on a lot, and in the end, it completely came to a standstill.. I had to cancel the project.

I contacted Alexandra to do a mailing in WhatsApp. She indicated the deadlines in the correspondence as 3 days. I prepared the technical specifications and set the deadlines for 7 days, as a buffer. Alexandra confirmed the project and said she would start immediately. Every day the start was postponed. As a result, nothing was done in 4 days, and my desire to see an interim result was perceived as excessive control. I also encountered rudeness and accusations that it was my fault, as she had another project)).

I fell for beautiful words. Nothing was done, time was wasted.
