Poor contact, work not completed

I don't know the skills and other things because I never received the project. I waited for several weeks and was promised any day now.

I do not recommend!

The freelancer promised to complete the work, but in the end, he communicated terribly and simply ignored me. I asked for four days to send proof that he was doing something, but he sent nothing. (I saw that he didn't even log into the design we sent him) When arbitration started, he sent work that does not match the terms of reference at all – the design is wrong, the text is uneven, everything is done horribly.

At first, he said he would do it in 3 days, then he asked for 5 days, but during that time he only completed 2 parts of the application. (It was clear that he did this in 2 hours, due to arbitration) He promised to finish the rest in 6 hours, which sounds absurd. In the end, as you understand, I did not receive the work.

Do not waste your time, I do not recommend collaborating!

Maxim took on the project, wrote that he would do it in 2-3 days, and most likely earlier. But the deadlines passed, no solution was received. Yesterday he wrote that he would send it within the day. But he didn't send anything, he didn't even write back.
Maxim logs into the exchange, but ignores the question, or simply ignores the customer. During the execution, I myself sent a version of the program and the necessary plugin; he did not request this. Although in the new versions of the program the interface is different, and the plugin I sent is not there.

If you want your questions to be ignored, deadlines not met, and just negligently treated your project, or did nothing at all, you can choose Maxim. Even under the save, he does such actions, it's scary to imagine what will happen without the save.
