Previously, the studio had a lot of paperwork. Managers accepted orders through Instagram, then printed them out and at the end of the day handed them over to production. It took 2-3 days for the order to go through all five stages: order receipt, processing, material preparation, assembly, and shipping.
… We changed this process by implementing full automation. We developed a web application, a mobile application, and a server-side component, integrating with the client's CRM system. Now managers can see in the CRM at which stage each order is and communicate with production in real-time. Orders automatically move between stages, and there is no need to wait until the next day to process paper slips.
The application itself suggests what to do next and which stage should be closed. Thanks to automation, the assembly time has been reduced from 2-3 days to 4-16 hours. This has not only increased productivity but also improved customer service quality.
Automation has transformed the entire workflow, making it faster, more convenient, and more efficient.

Web DesignA task was set to create a landing page for a CRM system that would facilitate attracting new users and increasing conversion rates. In the first stage, we conducted a briefing where we defined the key goals of the project, discussed expectations, and highlighted the main points that require attention.
The next step was a detailed study of the product's audience to understand their needs and problems that can be effectively solved through the landing page. We also conducted an in-depth analysis of competitors — their marketing strategies, website structures, and designs — to identify strengths and weaknesses, which allowed us to create a unique competitive advantage for the product.
… Next, a site structure was developed that best meets the needs of the target audience and aims to increase conversion rates. Based on this structure, several prototypes were created for optimal content placement and ensuring convenient navigation.
The next stage involved selecting a color palette, fonts, and visual elements that emphasize the reliability and modernity of the CRM system. Based on the mood board, the overall visual concept was agreed upon. The final step was the implementation of a design that combines aesthetics, functionality, and adaptability for a flawless user experience on any device.
Result: the created landing page significantly increased the number of new user registrations.

Previously, the drivers of this company received printed letters with the waste collection points for the day. This was inconvenient and inefficient. We solved the problem by developing a system that allowed drivers to use tablets. Now they can see all the route points, plan the route, mark how much waste has been collected, leave comments, communicate with managers in real-time, and much more.
… Managers now have full control over the process. They can monitor all vehicles, see which points have already been processed, add new tasks, review work history, and analyze statistics. This allows for quick responses to changes and optimizes team performance.
For clients, we created the ability to order a vehicle through the app, making the process more convenient and transparent. They can track the status of their order and receive timely information.
We integrated our system with the client's existing app, developed a new server part for process automation, and created applications for tablets. This comprehensive solution significantly improved the company's operational efficiency and enhanced customer service levels.
