Specifically even checked on Linux OC and not for Windows OC. After opening the archive file in the text editor, it found that this archive was created from the bugfix.mp4 file (it is easy to find, the image is attached). That is, the original structure of this archive even remotely did not resemble the structure of the necessary project (four laboratory on the C++ Win32 API). The person does not respond to the request to explain the situation. Null in all parameters. The latter situation was the reason for writing this comment.
