Web ProgrammingProject essence: Comprehensive development, containerization, and deployment of a secure server infrastructure for the web resource rineltek.com.
What was implemented within the project:
1. Architecture and deployment: Designing a modular structure for the web application. All components and services are isolated and run in Docker containers using modular docker-compose configurations. This ensures easy scalability and independence of services.
… 2. Server administration: Complete setup of the environment on a Linux VPS. Deployment of a reverse proxy server (Nginx Proxy Manager) for automatic issuance and management of SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt, as well as for flexible traffic routing.
3. Network security and DNS: Migration of the domain name to the Cloudflare platform. Configuration of strict SSL/TLS traffic encryption mode (Full/Strict mode) and optimization of DNS records. Protection of the server from direct IP address scanning, brute force attacks, and DDoS attacks has been ensured.
4. Access: Implementation of secure remote access to the server side exclusively through custom SSH keys.
Technology stack: Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx Proxy Manager, Cloudflare DNS/SSL, SSH.
