PHP specialist for website localization
I have not encountered a worse freelancer, promised to complete it in 7 days, more than 1.5 months have passed. Responds after a couple of days, promises to start, but it never happens. After a month, he tried to deceive, said he completed a few points, but couldn't show them. In conversation with him, I heard no technical knowledge, the person is not a programmer. Most likely, he is just looking for orders and then seeks freelancers on other platforms for cheaper. I do not recommend contacting him as you will lose both time and money (freelance hunt charges a commission in any case, even if the order is not completed).
