    Task
    The client approached with the task of launching a highly competitive niche online store "turnkey" on the Khoroshop platform. Main requirements:

    Creation of a functional and stylish platform.

    Setting up correct integration for automating business processes (payment, delivery, accounting).

    Full readiness of the site for launching an effective advertising campaign (Google Shopping / Performance Max).

    Solutions and Implementation
    We implemented the project following a proven methodology, focusing on commercial effectiveness:

    1. Architecture and Design (UX/UI)
    Creation of a catalog: Developed an intuitive catalog structure that allows for quick product search

    Responsive design: Implemented responsive layout, ensuring convenience for order placement from any device.

    2. Integration and Automation
    Preparation for e-commerce: Set up integration with payment systems LiqPay / MonoPay and the delivery service Nova Poshta for quick generation of shipping documents and payment acceptance.

    Data synchronization: Set up correct data exchange (stocks, prices, orders) with the accounting system.
    3. Readiness for Scaling and Advertising
    Product feed (GMC): Created, optimized, and tested the product feed for Google Merchant Center. This included optimizing titles, descriptions, and adding Custom Labels for further product segmentation by margin.

    Analytics: Installed and configured enhanced e-commerce through Google Tag Manager for accurate transmission of dynamic conversion value (Revenue). This allowed the client to immediately launch tROAS campaigns (PMax / Shopping Ads) with target profitability.

    Project Results
    Thanks to the professional launch on the Khoroshop platform, the client received:

    Quick sales start: The store was fully ready to accept traffic and conversions.

    High level of automation: Minimization of manual labor in order processing due to integration with delivery and accounting.

    Advertising effectiveness: Ability to immediately launch high-profitability PMax / Shopping Ads campaigns with target ROAS, which is key for niche expensive products.
