The buyer had a section in the middle of the forest and wanted to safeguard the natural state of green plants as much as possible. The basis of the concept was the contrast between natural and artificial objects.
Together with the Dendrologist was developed a way of decorating the existing trees of the black villa in separate compositions. The first floor plan of the house was also corrected.

In Kiev, they reconstructed the abandoned Soviet building of the restaurant of Prague and converted it to a luxury facility with Mediterranean and Eastern cuisine.
