Сотрудничали по проекту с Романом. Мы являемся команией, которая также предоставляет услуги SEO, и мы искали специалиста на аутсорс - на проект.
Что могу сказать из положительного по работе, что сроки специалист соблюдает и всегда на связи. Но так как в нашем штате, люди занимаются данной услугой, то
мы прекрасно понимаем как должен выглядить конечный результат работы, и тут плавно мы перейдем к негативному впечатлению.
Сециалист семантику собрал не полностью для большого информационного сайта, ссылаясь на то, что мало ключей.
Когда я ему предоставил выгрузку ключей для фильтра рубрик https://take.ms/4XriF и выразил недовольство, специалист начал говорить, что ТЗ было некорректно составлено.
Извините конечно, но для информационного сайта, где можно найти очень много ключей по тематике (что я и сделал и ему отправил), сказать что некорретно составленое тз,
когда сбор СЯ - это сбор семантического ядра: для всех страниц, рубрик, подкатегорий сайта является по дефолту - обязательным. Я бы не писал этот отзыв, но только на третий раз
специалист смог собрать семантику с моей помощью https://take.ms/7uFUr , а после я начал получать претензии, что я затягиваю проект.
Роман, мне не говорил, что сбор семантики у него делиться, еще на какие-то "ПОД-услуги". Я бы давно закончил проект, но приходится действительно все переносить и
проверять.
Как могу подытожить, специалист столкнулся со специалистами. Возможно, как бывает набрано много заказов, и человек решил вдруг "пройдет и так", но
получилось все иначе. Я могу показаться дотошным, предвзятым заказчиком, но большой опыт работы в компании дает мне основание требовать то, что хочет заказчик и
что является правильным (человек с опытом 8+ должен это знать).
