The contractor explained that they could not complete such a volume of work in the form we needed and provided a template version, which we also could not accept due to weak keywords and the absence of necessary ones. They respond quickly, very flatly, briefly, almost informally. We caught them using AI (polishing or generating all the text) - the contractor did not admit guilt and did not apologize; otherwise, this would have been mentioned in the review. It may sound meticulous and biased; we will attach a file with the first version where AI scanners showed 100% AI on some texts, and the use of em dash did not improve the situation. We are not leaving a negative review to avoid damaging the contractor's portfolio; I hope this is just a series of misunderstandings. If you want an audit - you are in the right place. There are specific points in the task specification; clarify with the contractor, as they work according to their template, possibly without fully studying your task specification.
