The client tried to attract people through recommendations, word of mouth, etc., without success. Over a month of downtime, salary payments, utility expenses, and the result is 0, while our budget is $300-350 (the service price is higher than the monthly budget).
Therefore, our goal was to understand why this is happening, what to do next, and how to move forward to get 3 people for accommodation in the first month.
What we did:
- Analyzed the market and competitors, understood that the advantages over competitors include larger teams, bigger budgets, websites, years of experience in the market — all of which we lack.
- Analyzed what we can do, where we can be better, and where we can engage better with clients or even showcase our advantages over them (this was indeed the case, as this niche hides many pitfalls).
- Developed an advertising strategy and followed it. Within a week, we received the first feedback, understood where to move correctly, and which direction and which part of the funnel works and yields results.
Point B:
Faced a large number of nuances and troubles, yet we found our target audience; overall, the niche is quite interesting and initially was quite challenging (considering that we had absolutely nothing and a small budget), but as soon as the first inquiries came in, everything went very smoothly.
Results for the month:
Advertising budget: ± $350
Cost per initiated conversation: ± $3.5
Number of initiated conversations: over 160
In a month, we closed 9 clients from targeted advertising, and also 5 from other sources.

Goal: to obtain quality leads that will make a purchase in the shortest possible time, KPI per lead $6.

What we did:
- We are not the only ones in the Ukrainian market offering this proposal, so we decided to take into account creatives from the USA and launch similar ones.
- By creating good and catchy creatives for 3 key segments and providing a clear unique selling proposition for the season (late autumn), we achieved a good start in the very first week.
Point B:
Our strategy began to be replicated from A to Z (they even copied the text and mistakes in it). Initially, we lowered the price to have a cheaper price than competitors, but later realized that the better option was to stop (and of course launch with this experience in the next season).

Client request:
… The client previously ran ads on his own and did not achieve the desired results, then found a targeting specialist, the purchase price was $8 - $12, the budget was exhausted, and the work was stopped. The client found me through a recommendation, and according to him, he was no longer considering working with a targeting specialist.

**Goal**: achieve sales, KPI - $8 per purchase (budget is limited).
What we did:
… - Analyzed markets and competitors.
- Analyzed our website (developed on Prom).
- Developed a strategy and launched advertising, analyzed and made adjustments.
Point B:
First month:
Our budget $350, spent $366 and received 41 purchases at a price of $8.94. (Additionally spent $32 on testing).
Second month:
Reduced the price per purchase to $5.32, while also increasing the number of sales and reducing the budget.
Results for 2 months:
