The first part of the work was done well. The rest of the work the freelancer did not as I needed, but the freelancer did not want to make the directions, argumenting that the project was finished, although it doesn’t fit far as the finished product.
The assessment was made by the court according to the work performed. Something was but not until the end. You have to look for another person. The project was not implemented.
