I am a backend software engineer with over 5 years of commercial programming experience.

I started out as a desktop developer but soon got interested in implementing web solutiuons and how we can use technology to scale business and make it cross-platform. 

I have experience in:

- Organizing software architecture

- Choosing the right tech stack 

- Application monitoring

- Communicating with clients 

- Managing business processes

I am not experienced in leading a team, but I have an experience in creating application from zero point (including design, considing UI/UX moments and backend part). I’ve worked with agile-type teams and that taught me how to communicate efficiently and keep everyone on the same page. 

I always try to create an environment where work brings people joy and where everyone is motivated to do their best and where we help each other.
