I needed to do a simple video/audio editing. The work is not difficult but there are many nuances. Unfortunately, Sony lacks the experience and professionalism to complete the task.

Twice as much time has passed as the work was estimated, and I still have not received the necessary file. In the first version of the file, the audio track with the voice sounded only from the left earphone, and the video was of poor quality. In the current version, the video is shaking worse than in the original file. I think this is due to stabilization, which probably should not have been done or done differently. Unfortunately, Sony does not see this and cannot fix it.

For the sake of fairness, I will mention that the communication is comfortable and seems good, Sony is trying. The first versions were done on time, the delay appeared due to nuances that need to be corrected. I think simpler tasks can be given to Sony, where she has more experience.
