Desktop AppsThis development consisted in the creation of the SCADA heating system and GVS. The lower level of the automatic control system is the MaxyCon Flexy-S PLC. This PLC has an Ethernet interface output, with the help of which Modbus-TCP protocol has the possibility of remote connection through the Internet network (the PLC has a static IP address. This SCADA system is designed for three heating contours (one straight and two mixed contours) and GVS contours. The main mimoschema shows the main technological parameters of the system (temperature, pressure), the state of the pumps (on\off), the state of the cottage (on\off). Also on the main memo scheme there is the possibility of switching to the window of settings for heating contours, where the possibility of choosing the heating schedule is realized, including the heating contours, including the economical mode of operation, with the temperature of shift. Also in the setting window, the temperature curve can be changed. Visualization was created in two options: for PC and for mobile devices.

Desktop AppsThis project has developed the SCADA heating and water supply system for private cottage in the development environment of CoDeSys 3.5 SP5 Patch5. This heating system consists of a heating contour (radiators) and two mixing contours (heated floors), as well as a hot water boiler. The system works according to the temperature graphs, which are formed according to the indications of the external air sensor. Temperature mode control and regulation is carried out using the MaxyCon Flexy-S Automatic Router PLC. This HMI panel is connected to the PLC by the RS-485 interface. The main functions that the SCADA system must perform are the indication of the main technological parameters, the indication of the circulation pumps, the activation/deactivation of the boxes, and the possibility of managing the entire system (including/deactivation) and each container individually. There is also the possibility to change the temperature charts for each of the heating contours and to turn off the economic mode.

Desktop AppsIn this project, the development consisted in the programming of the controller OVEN 73, which read the indications of the sensor on the RS-485 interface.This PLC was programmed only to read the sensor indication parameters, as well as to store them in energy-independent memory.The reading of data from the PLC was organized using two gsm modems Cinterion MC54i, one of which was on the operator side and the other on the PLC side.The modes were programmed using the Lers.ModemTune software. The modem on the side of the PLC was programmed on the pipe’s autopodium at the input call, which created a virtual communication channel using the CSD (Circuit Switched Data) technology.On the operator's PC, the MasterOPC Universal Modbus Server program was launched to survey PLC using modems.This server has a Com port to which the modem is connected, its phone number and the phone number to which the call will take place.Screenshots were also prescribed for recording the data in the database.The counted data was recorded in a created database, which was also created in the MasterOPC Universal Modbus Server.
