I offer the services of a 3D interior visualiser. I work in 3DS MAX + CORONA RENDER
The scheme of work:
Step 1. You send the terms of reference. If you have a detailed technical task, the price will be lower.
Step 2. Visualisation. The lead time for a room up to 20 square metres is 2-3 business days. For larger volumes, the lead time is determined individually.
Step 3. Editing.
Step 4. The final rendering. 

Payment scheme: 
50% after the first previews. 50% at the end of the work. 

Number of changes : 
I make edits in 3 stages.

I am in touch at a convenient time for you on weekdays. And also on weekends for clients, if the visualisation is in progress.

Bonus :
1. After completing the work and making payment, I provide access to the scene in 3DS MAX.
2. I have access to a database of more than 80,000 3D models. Therefore, it is possible to save on models.
3. I make many angles to increase the chances of approval.
