Specific tasks of the quiz include:
… Lead generation and data collection: Gathering detailed information about clients' needs and preferences, including the type of car/service they are interested in, rental budget, desired duration, exact dates, car delivery location (with the option to specify flight number and arrival time for the airport), and preferred communication channel.
Target audience segmentation: Identifying key parameters of the client's request, such as the type of car (4-seater or 7-seater) and rental period, allowing the manager to offer a relevant selection.
Encouraging the target action: The main target action is "to order the desired car for the required period."
Product information: Demonstrating flexible rates, insurance conditions, and additional services such as a personal assistant and chauffeur service.

The quiz is designed to answer the first three questions that a manager usually asks a new client: "When do you need the car?", "For how long do you need the car?", and "4-seater or 7-seater car?".

What was done
Set up contextual advertising: Google Ads was configured to attract targeted traffic.
Collection and analysis of key phrases: Using Keyword Tool, a complete parsing of key phrases related to car rentals in Bali and its areas (Kuta, Denpasar, Ngurah Rai, Jimbaran) was performed in English and Russian/Ukrainian. 98 most suitable and frequent queries were selected from 3465 obtained for setting up advertising campaigns.
Creating ads: Advertising announcements were developed for Search, GDN (Google Display Network), and Remarketing for English-speaking and Russian-speaking audiences. Quick links and clarifications were created containing information about various types of cars (four-seaters, seven-seaters, premium, bikes), prices starting from $30 per day, free replacement, and 24/7 support.

The company operates worldwide, but with the exception of Bali as the target region for advertising, as the service is provided on the island. The company's pricing policy is approximately 15-20% higher than local competitors, but comparable to non-local ones.

Advertising campaigns were conducted in Ukraine using the Google Ads platform.

Therefore, the advertising campaign was set up for 201 most suitable and frequent key phrases, namely:
What was done
Campaign types: Launched search campaigns (general and brand queries for RU and UA regions), display campaigns (general and brand, including Chantal Thomass, Aubade, DIM, DKNY, Omero, Passionata, Chantelle) and remarketing.
Segmentation: Developed campaigns segmented by query type (General, Brand) and geography (Ukraine). Separate display campaigns were created for specific brands.
Keyword setup: Parsed 8,432 queries using Keyword Tool and selected 201 most relevant and frequent key phrases. A broad list of negative keywords was formed.
Optimization of bids and ads: Conducted precise bid adjustments, reallocated daily budget among campaigns. Ineffective platforms in display were excluded. Implemented A/B testing of the "max conversions" strategy and new images for display/remarketing. Adjusted bids based on demographic indicators (age 25-34: +5%, 35-44: +5%, women: +5%). Added structured descriptions and information about new collections/promotions.

Solution
To achieve the set goals, a comprehensive strategy for targeted advertising on social media platforms Facebook and Instagram was developed and implemented. This strategy was based on deep audience segmentation and a multi-stage approach to the sales funnel.
The logic of audience segmentation and targeting setup principles: Targeting was based on interests, demographics, geography, and behavioral factors. The following key audience segments were identified:
Interest-based audiences (B2C Segment):
- Users aged 20-50 in Ukraine interested in DIM socks.
- Women aged 20-50 in Ukraine interested in DIM tights.
- Women aged 20-50 in Ukraine interested in Passionata lingerie.
- Women aged 20-50 in Ukraine interested in DKNY pajamas.

The target audience includes representatives of the HoReCa segment (cafes, restaurants, coffee shops), as well as large manufacturers (meat processing plants, chocolate factories, poultry farms, sugar factories) and national retail chains.
At the beginning of the collaboration, Hozer was taking its "first steps" in online business, although it already had 5 years of experience, 10 successful projects, and sold over 10 million units of goods, with a staff of 20 people. The main competitive advantages of Hozer were honesty, fast delivery, long-term cooperation, optimal price-to-quality ratio, and a high level of service in the market.
… The goals of the SEO project were to increase organic traffic, improve positions in Google search results for key queries related to the entire range of store products, and consequently, to receive a greater number of applications.

We hoped for a good result, but it exceeded all our expectations!
We needed to:
- Create a semantic core – a set of key phrases to attract target visitors;
- Distribute queries across pages - so that each client could find information of interest to them;
- Create meta-tags – so that visitors, even before visiting the site, would already understand what information would be presented on the page;
- Develop a technical task for writing useful articles for visitors and optimized for search engines.
- Develop a plan for further SEO promotion.
The task was complicated by the location and language of the target audience of the site (Germany, Austria + EU) The languages are German and English.
For this project, we initially received many proposals from freelancers. And it was very difficult to choose a future contractor. After all, there were also offers from top performers on this platform.
Olga's proposal included a clear implementation plan and examples of reports, the format and data of which satisfied us more than enough. Intuition suggested that her team could achieve the desired results for us.
