Witold Buraczyński

I graduated in economics from the Warsaw University of Technology and Interior Design and Exhibition Management from the Wł Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Professionally, I am involved in building strategies and business models. As a business practitioner with over 20 years of experience in various projects, I currently support entities in various stages of their development as a mentor, business coach, and business advisor. My greatest passion is building and developing new companies and products as well as optimising processes into the companies.

I am an observer. In my work, I combine topics, things, data, and information in order to find solutions that are not visible at first glance. As a business partner in consulting processes, I use an eclectic approach, combining elements of coaching and mentoring with hard tools used in management. The workshops and consulting processes I run are characterized by an unconventional approach to solving specific business problems or managerial dilemmas. I specialize in building business models and managing change in organizations with different scales of operation.

My approach results from my professional experience, attitude, and values. By conducting investment projects for both companies and cities, launching factories and other ventures, experiencing different management methods, I understood what change is and how to manage it. And it is change that is the driving force of everything that surrounds us.
