For this project, I created a promotional video for a commercial real estate company. The task was to develop visually appealing content that effectively presents the property, highlights its key advantages, and enhances the overall marketing positioning.
In my work, I used Adobe After Effects for editing, animation, and building a dynamic visual presentation. Special attention was paid to the rhythm of the video, the composition of the frame, and the clear presentation of information, so that the video looked professional and held the viewer's attention.

Within this project, a short animated video was created featuring the main character from the animated film "Kung Fu Panda."
To implement the project, I used Blender, where I performed character animation and set up a number of physical simulations. The scenes included the destruction of a rock, interaction of water with the character, fire simulation, as well as the movement of grass from the wind and falling leaves. This made the environment more lively, atmospheric, and dynamic.
… I completed the final post-processing in DaVinci Resolve, where I conducted color correction and sound design to emphasize the mood of the scene and give the video a cohesive finished look.
This version sounds more professional for the portfolio.
