I ordered Nikita to refine a Telegram bot for automatic orders in my stores (with integration with Poster) — and honestly, this is one of the best experiences I've had working with a freelancer.
I already had a bot, but it was "cobbled together" and didn't work properly: it lagged for several minutes, showed incorrect stock levels, and constantly had issues. Nikita figured all of this out from scratch, rewrote the code properly, and brought the bot to a working state. Now the stock pulls directly from Poster and matches perfectly, orders are formed in seconds (it used to take 4 minutes), and nothing freezes.
Separately, there are a ton of useful features he added and suggested himself: product category selection, editing orders right before sending, reports on packers, connecting new stores with a button directly from the bot (previously this had to be done manually through a developer), protection against accidental double clicks, and even a bot restart button so I wouldn't have to do anything through the server.
What impressed me the most was the level of support. When the bot started lagging, Nikita didn't brush it off with "everything is fine" — he personally accessed the server, figured it out, found the real cause (it turned out it wasn't the server, but the connection with Telegram), fixed it, checked the logs, and even tidied up the server — removed everything unnecessary and moved the bot to my working chats. He did everything neatly, without breaking anything.
I am completely clueless about all this; for me, it's like space — but Nikita explains everything in the simplest terms, without technical jargon, and after talking to him, everything becomes clear. Very communicative, always in touch, responds lightning-fast, and constantly does even more than you ask.
A man of his word: he said he would do it, and he did, on time, without "tomorrow or the day after tomorrow." And importantly, even after completing the order, he doesn't disappear but stays in touch. We have many more ideas ahead, so we will definitely continue our collaboration.
