Detailed implementation for each bot:
Bot 1 (Notifications in discussion): I will set up receiving webhooks from Planfix. When triggered in the CRM, the bot will send a text notification strictly to the linked channel group (in the system topic of comments).
Bot 2 (Multiposting videos): I will implement automatic uploading of Shorts / Reels / TikTok. The bot will parse the description from the link in Planfix, accept the finished video, and send it via Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API, and TikTok API. Note: for the API to work correctly, registration of developer applications in Facebook and TikTok will be required (I will assist with this setup and moderation process).
