Customer Support Specialist – Long-Term Remote Position (CRM & Client Communication) | READ FIRST

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a long-term, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls.
Respond to customer emails and text messages quickly - as fast as possible - with direct, personalized replies and minimal use of templates.
Maintain our CRM: log every contact, create a lead for each new contact, and add updates for every interaction.
Communicate with our specialists and coordinate internal handoffs.
Pass orders to the team and ensure all required details are captured.
Schedule appointments and confirm timing with customers.
Requirements:
Confident, fluent English communication (spoken and written).
Punctual, polite, and reliable.
Strong ability to read a customer’s mood and adjust tone accordingly.
Helpful, friendly, and customer-focused.
Schedule and pay:
Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT-6) - New York time zone.
Monthly pay: $800.
Long-term employment only.
