Experienced Recruiter for a U.S. Service Company
We are a growing residential cleaning company in the U.S. looking for an experienced freelance recruiter with a proven background in hiring for the U.S. or Canadian market.
We need someone who can independently build and manage the full recruiting funnel: create strong job postings, select sourcing channels, find and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, present our company professionally, handle objections, and guide candidates through their first day of work.
Requirements:
- Experience recruiting for cleaning, housekeeping, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, moving, landscaping, or other home service companies.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. labor market.
- Fluent spoken and written English, as you will communicate and conduct interviews with American candidates.
- Ability to sell the job opportunity and represent the company professionally.
- Results-driven and proactive approach.
This is a remote freelance position with performance-based compensation. Payment will be made for each successful hire who starts working and remains with the company for an agreed retention period.
