Remote Sales & Client Manager (English, US time zone)

We are Leather Repair Studio — a Los Angeles–based company specializing in restoration of leather furniture, car interiors, RVs, yachts, and commercial upholstery.

We are looking for a Remote Sales & Client Manager (US time zone) who will communicate with American customers, process incoming leads, coordinate jobs, and help develop B2B partnerships.

Internal communication is in Russian.
Client communication is 100% in English.

⭐ What you will do

1. Handle incoming leads

• website requests, Yelp messages, SMS, online chat, email

• request photos, clarify the issue, coordinate with the technician

• send invoices and confirm bookings

• update CRM (Zoho) and Google Sheets

2. Work with Yelp

• respond quickly and politely

• handle “open requests” where clients contact several companies

• convert conversations into actual scheduled jobs

• (experience with Yelp is a plus)

3. Develop B2B partnerships (main priority)

• call furniture stores, showrooms, and delivery companies

• offer cooperation (they often need repair after delivery/assembly)

• maintain communication, follow up, track results

• we assist with contact lists and provide presentation materials

Your main task is to call, explain, negotiate, and build a stable B2B pipeline.

📌 Workload & Schedule

• ~10 leads per day (3–5 from website, 5–7 from Yelp)

• ~200+ incoming leads per month

• target: 50+ completed jobs/month

Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 PST
Weekends off — all new weekend inquiries are handled by the owners.

This job does not require being at the computer nonstop, but it does require fast response time and consistent communication.

💰 Salary & Bonuses

We offer a clear and transparent compensation system:

1. Fixed salary

• $450 / month — guaranteed

2. Performance bonuses

• $15 for every completed job processed by you

• $100 for every new B2B partner who sends a client

• 5% from repeat orders coming from B2B clients you brought in

3. Adaptation bonuses (first 2 months)

• + $150 in the first month

• + $75 in the second month

🧮 Expected monthly income

With the current volume (~25 completed jobs/month):

• Fixed: $450

• Jobs: 25 × $15 = $375

• Total: $825–900 in first months

• With active B2B: $1100–1600+ possible

Payments — twice per month.
All results are recorded in the CRM — fully transparent.
