About MOMI
MOMI (matchamomi.com) is a modern premium DTC matcha brand for the TIER 1 market (US). Our product is already selling on Shopify, and we’re now moving from launch to building a full-fledged brand. We’re looking for someone who will personally bring our social media to life and take great care of our customers.
Format: Part-time · Remote · ~20 hrs/week · $400-600/month (depending on level and scope; reviewed based on results). Content in English. Flexible schedule, no US time-zone requirement.
What you’ll do
SMM (~70%):
- Run our Instagram + Facebook (later possibly TikTok), with a rhythm of ~3-5 content pieces per week plus Stories.
- Create English-language content: Reels, short videos, photos, carousels, and copy.
- Generate ideas yourself around matcha, wellness, and premium lifestyle (competitors, recipes, educational content) — we’ll send you matcha for shoots and cover approved expenses.
- Use AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) for ideas and drafts, then polish everything into natural English.
- Send a short weekly report: what was done, what worked, what we’re testing next.
- Make autonomous decisions (e.g. working with bloggers); we start organically and may later add paid ads and UGC creators.
Customer support (~30%, light at the start):
- Handle 2-3 requests per day in English (tracking, delivery, product questions).
- Manage orders in Shopify (we’ll teach you over 2 onboarding calls).
- Respond daily and on time, and calmly work through non-standard requests.
You’ll be a great fit if
- Your English is B2-C1+ and your content sounds natural to an English-speaking audience.
- You love matcha, wellness, and the aesthetics of modern DTC brands.
- You’re autonomous, structured, and proactive: you check with AI and try things yourself.
- You can shoot simple, aesthetic videos (Canva / CapCut or similar).
- You use AI actively but never post raw AI text.
A portfolio or your own profile is a plus. Advantage: e-commerce / Shopify / organic Instagram growth / customer support experience.

Languages: English — Advanced, Ukrainian — Advanced.
