TEMPLATE FOR INSTRUCTION ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The deadline for withdrawing from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract is 14 days from the date of the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract.

To exercise your right to withdraw from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw through an unambiguous statement (for example, by letter, fax, or email).

An application to withdraw from the Agreement or the Electronic Services Agreement by electronic mail must be sent to the following address: [email protected]. Requests for withdrawal made in writing and sent by traditional mail shall be sent to the following address: st. Plac Solny 14/3, 50-062 Wroclaw, Poland. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the application before it expires.

You may use the Agreement or Electronic Services Agreement Waiver form, but it is not required.

To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract, you only need to send information about exercising your right to withdraw from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract before the deadline for withdrawing from the Electronic Services Agreement or Contract expires.

The right to withdraw from the Contract does not arise if the Contract was fully performed with the explicit consent of the Consumer, who was notified before the start of the service that he will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract after the performance of the service.

Consequences of withdrawing from a contract

If you withdraw from the Contract or the Electronic Services Agreement, we will refund any payments received from you (excluding additional costs associated with the type of delivery you have chosen, other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from the Contract or the Electronic Services Agreement. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, in any event you will not incur any fees in connection with that refund.

In case of incomplete fulfillment of the subject matter of the Contract and if the Consumer submits an application for withdrawal from the Contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the Contract, the obligation to pay for the services performed shall apply to the executed part of the service (in proportion to the executed part of the Contract, taking into account the agreed wages).
