если взять єто фото то стандартніми средствами отображения фото оно таже не открівается
если скачать єто фото на виндовс 10 то фото открівается

из догадок то что может если поставить виндовс сервер 2022 то там будет новее средство отображения изображений и все будет работать

Но встречал ситуации когда из-за ограничений в Internet Explorer не выводились изображения, не работала справка и на "мониторе руководителя" не работали некоторые отчёты...
Решил внесением чего то там "...1С.." в доверенные узлы, подробностей уже не помню...
Задача заставить 1с видеть фото.
