"Примітку контрагента" потрібно додати тільки на закладинці "Товари"? Чи на закладинках "Матеріали", "Зворотна тара" та "Послуги" теж потрібно додати це поле?

По результатам дослідження на типовій УТП, рекомендую Вам не реалізовувати цю задачу. Бо для її якісної реалізації потрібно перелопатити всю конфігурацію - ваше бажання чіпляє всі товарні регістри і документи, так як, наприклад, заповнення документу РеалізаціяТоварівТаПослуг на підставі ЗамовленняПокупця відбувається по даним регістрів накопичення ЗамовленняПокупців, ТовариОрганізацій, ТовариНаСкладах, ТовариВРоздрібі, ТовариВРезервіНаСкладах, ТовариДоПередачіЗіСкладів. І це, можливо, не вичерпний список, бо коли я побачив в запиті перелік цих регістрів, то припинив дослідження, так як і так стало все ясно - ці регістри потягнуть за собою інші товарні документи, а ті в свою чергу підтягнуть інші товарні регістри.
Тобто, Ваша "невеличка" задачка ризикує перерости в проект не на один десяток людино-років.Можливо Вам буде простіше задіяти механізм характеристик номенклатури для реалізації Вашої потреби в додатковому розрізі аналітики по номенклатурі - примітці контрагента.
