Куда смотреть то будем? Они говорят, что все сделано и осталось только подключить конфигурационный файл к базе данных. Они этого не делают, так как не хотят связываться с конфиденциальной информацией клиентов и нести за нее ответственность. Насколько я понимаю, то там работы максимум на полчаса

В конфигураторе не отображается конфиденциальная информация контрагентов, поэтому, мне кажеться, причина в чем-то другом.

Ну, не знаю. Я передал ровно то, что услышал по телефону. Более того, никаких подробностей они мне не захотели даже озвучивать. Попросили, чтобы с ними связался программист 1С и уже ему они скажут что и куда нужно подключить
