A company in Estonia is looking for a 3D Visualizer for long-term cooperation.
Main tasks:
— creating 3D visualizations of private houses;
— visualizing both wooden and stone houses;
— preparing external visualizations of houses for client presentations and projects;
— placing the house in a visual environment considering the plot, surroundings, and overall concept;
— if necessary — preparing simple site layout schemes.
Will be a plus:
— understanding of the architecture of private houses;
— ability to work not only with the house itself but also with surroundings, terrain, surfaces, landscaping;
— experience in creating visualizations for sketch projects, approvals, or marketing materials;
— skills in working with different presentation styles: from technically clear to more emotional and sales-oriented visualization.
Cooperation format:
— long-term work;
— project-based workload with a transition to permanent cooperation possible.
Test assignment:
A small test assignment needs to be completed:
— prepare a visualization based on the provided sketch;
— show the house in relation to the plot or surroundings;
— it is important to convey volume, proportions, materials, and the overall perception of the project.
