Очевидно что человек является посредником с проектом с рус фриланса. Откуда будюжет в руб? Чтобы сумма не казалась малой? Почему не написать в грн сразу? Теперь вопрос о посадке, где вы видели цену в 600-700грн за посадку? Если это не статичная страница без расширения функционала и администрирования из админки.

Но правда не понятно почему цена в рублях.

20% работы могут стоить дороже чем 80% у меня клиент постоянный ему сделали инет магаз за 2000 грн. на woocovers чел взял шаблон накидал туда и готово смотрится как магазин на 90% как начили разбирать (всё таки мне раскручивать его такой не выпустишь) в итоге дешевле будет по новой магазин делать. Вот вам и 20%
