Какое количество объектов необходимо перевести?
Как обстоят дела с наименованиями справочников? Их тоже нужно переводить?

Да надо все перевести ну как знаю для этого ест механизм от самого 1С

Есть слова синонимы для различных объектов. В некоторых конфигурациях они уже проставлены и достаточно включить просто другой язык, в других случаях нужно для каждого отчета справочника проставлять в ручную.
Так же есть элементы самого справочника, которые так же выводятся в отчеты - там нужно добавлять дон реквизиты для отображения на другом языке.
Нужно смотреть что вы именно хотите перевести. Могу в режиме скайп кола посмотреть и дать оценку.
