Аксес не распозает приложенные файлы как парадокс 5. Точнее, он вообще не распознает из как парадокс. "База даных не имеет указанный формат" и отказывается открывать.
Но если вам не приципиально именно в ваши файлы сделать экспорт, а просто в файлы парадокс - то встроенное в аксес средство экспорта это делает.

И готовая чужая тулза есть, но она тоже считает формат вашй базы не соответствующим парадокс 5 и предлагает пересоздать таблицы.

Так что давайте разбирайтесь, какой версии у вас парадокс, или снимайте требование дописывания данных в ваши таблицы - только перезапись поверх.

Продукт достался по наследству в организации.

Базу открывал через драйвера BDE (инсталяторы этого мастадонта есть), которые Access подхватывает.

это лишнее ... сейчас достаточно просто решить вопрос с базой, с сентября-октября мы уезжаем в облака ;)
