1. Версия вашего Окстора, а не опенкрата уже очень давно устарела и сейчас что-то делать на древней версии - это просто выкидывать деньги. Если делать, то уже хотя бы на 1.5.6.4, если вы привыкли к виду админки, а лучше на 2-й версии опена.
2. Бюджет ну очень мал для того что вы описали в теле проекта. Вы хотите супер-пупер навороченный магазин за копейки. Это равносильно, что вы придете в автосалон, опишите словесно или письменно Ферарри или Бентли и скажите, что готовы отдать за неё 1600 грн...
