The situation regarding this project arose due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances that led to a disruption of deadlines. This is the first such case in all my time working: having extensive experience managing large projects, I guarantee that the complexity here was not in the technical part. I understand my full responsibility and that I let the client down, so I have already proposed a solution to the problem and a continuation of cooperation with a significant discount.
