After Frontend: Backend #1

The work started off quite normally, but in the previous project, the contractor did not meet the deadlines. At the moment, the contractor cannot clearly outline what is left to be done and keeps postponing. The project is already a month overdue.

The situation regarding this project arose due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances that led to a delay in deadlines. This is the first such case in all my time working: having extensive experience managing large projects, I guarantee that the complexity here was not in the technical part. I understand my full responsibility and that I let the client down, so I have already proposed a solution to the problem and a continuation of cooperation with a significant discount. This has never happened before and will not happen again. I sincerely hope that this incident is a one-time exception that will not become an obstacle to further professional collaboration.
