There is a women's event club HER ERA, ManyChat PRO connected to Instagram. The previous performer gathered a basic flow but with errors — the project needs to be accepted and brought to a working state.
What to fix:
Remove mentions of packages and different prices from all blocks — the bot currently writes 1590/1790/1990 and this is scaring off clients. No packages exist. The price is pulled from the "Price" column in Google Sheets — I change the number there myself, and the bot immediately responds with the new one. Fix the "Book" button (it currently leads to a 404). Remove the message "contact support" — instead, the bot quietly notifies me about the unclear situation and continues to communicate with the girl neutrally.
How the bot should communicate:
Only in Ukrainian. Like a living person, not templated. If the owner wrote something in the chat — the bot reads it and takes it into account, does not ignore it and does not write its own superficial response. It sells: not just stating the price, but writing for example "3 spots left at the price of 1590 UAH, it will be 1790 next — do you want to book now?"
New features:
After collecting data (name, Instagram, phone) the bot gives a choice: prepayment of 1000 UAH or full payment, with links to Monobank. Payment screenshot recognition: the bot sees the screenshot → determines if it's a prepayment or full → responds to the girl with confirmation → enters it into Google Sheets (Guests tab) with a note of the payment type → tells about the referral program and bonuses. Reminders for those who made a prepayment: 2 days and 1 day — different messages. Reminders for all guests on the day of the event — different messages for each. After the event — a list of guests with buttons Attended / Did not attend → accrual of +100 points in the table. Marking the account in stories → +25 points (once per event, no duplicates).
What is available: ManyChat PRO, Google Sheets + Apps Script, Monobank API, Instagram Business + Facebook Page connected, Telegram bot on Railway.
