About the project
Clarity Hromada – a GOV-tech project that helps residents of united territorial communities understand their rights, obligations, and opportunities. We create short video materials that explain complex issues simply.
What needs to be done
Generate videos using AI tools (HeyGen or similar) based on ready templates and prompts for each video
Follow the visual style and structure of the template - no improvisation
If necessary - add subtitles, voiceovers, or overlay text according to the script
Submit videos in the agreed format (MP4, vertical or horizontal - depending on the task)
Quickly make edits based on team feedback
Requirements
Experience working with AI video tools - mandatory (please show examples)
Understanding of prompt engineering for video generation
Ability to adhere to brand requirements and instructions without creative improvisation
Responsibility for deadlines - at least 50 videos per week
Basic understanding of formats for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
It would be a plus:
Experience working with topics of public administration, education, or the public sector
Ability to independently refine prompts to improve results
