It can be done, but from the description it is unclear how the organized data in the program:
- "The number of correct IP addresses is assigned" - where and in what form should this number be stored, how many addresses should be in it?
- "When the given mass (interested by the user)" - in what format should the mask be placed?
- "For each pair IP address" - what is the pair (for this supposedly was just a list of addresses)?
That is, there are different options for doing this work, you just need to clarify these moments so that you don’t do too much work.
