Android wrapper for an existing web service (Capacitor/Cordova). Design update, publication in Google.

We have our own working web service BilProve (React frontend, Laravel backend), which is live and already used by clients.

Previously, we created an Android app using a webview wrapper (Capacitor or Cordova) and successfully published it on Google Play. The app works, login/registration/payments through VIPPS function correctly.

Recently, we updated the design of the web version, and now we need to update the Android app by building a new wrapper based on the current version of the site.

Current situation

• both are functioning well - login/registration/payment/access activation
• working with the PROD admin panel/backend of course

In short - we need the result to be

1. the Android app with the new design approved and published on the Google Play Store
2. login/registration and payments working, access to content activated
3. preferably conversions should be in place, but this is not critical, we can sort it out later

More technical details and history (I immediately say this was helped to write by ChatGPT, so something might suddenly be written foolishly)

What needs to be done:

✔ 1. Create a new Android wrapper (Capacitor or Cordova - at the executor's choice)
✔ 2. Integrate WebView with the existing site:

• the mobile version of the site already exists

• login/registration through VIPPS works via the web

• VIPPS payments must work correctly in the app (as they do now)

✔ 3. Check the correctness of operation:

• login

• payments

• access activation (1 day / 1 week / 1 month)

• working with the prod API

✔ 4. Prepare and build APK/AAB for Google Play
✔ 5. If necessary - assistance with publishing the update in Google Play Console

🔹 Optionally:
— Preserve tracking through Google Analytics (works on the web; no native SDK needed).
— If the executor suggests a better solution - we will consider it.

Technical details:

• The app - pure WebView, without camera or file handling

• There are 3 paid plans → after payment, the user gains access to content

• The old app works on the same backend as the new web design

• Conversion tracking - via GA (web), preferably to preserve

• Docker is used on the server, but this is not part of the task

Expected result:

• New Android app (updated design according to the site)

• Successful operation of logins/payments/access

• AAB build for publication

• If possible - support during the update in Google Play

• Stable operation of WebView + VIPPS

Requirements for the executor:

• Experience with Capacitor / Cordova / WebView wrapper for Android

• Understanding of mobile payments through WebView

• Experience publishing in Google Play

• Attention to detail

• Preferably - experience with VIPPS (but not mandatory)

Budget:

Provide guidance on the budget and/or clarifying questions needed to form an adequate price range (+-10%).
We previously did this with internal resources and do not have market estimates, so we are ready to consider proposals.
